Shipping and Delivery

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–4 business days after payment is received.

For pre-orders, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. Should there be any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.

We offer local delivery within Singapore via trusted courier partners.

Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Complimentary delivery is offered for orders above SGD $200.

Local deliveries typically take 2–4 business days once dispatched.

International shipping (if offered) may take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email/SMS so you can monitor the delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incomplete or incorrect information, re-delivery fees may apply.

Only One or Two is not responsible for lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Only One or Two currently do not ship overseas.

While we strive to meet stated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, customs).
